Privacy Policy
Decoro has no sign-up. This page explains exactly what we hold, why, and what we share with Meta so we can advertise the app.
The short version
- We never collect your name, email address or phone number.
- The photos you upload are used to create your designs, and for nothing else.
- We never sell your data.
- We do measure our advertising. If you allow tracking when the app asks, we share purchase and usage events with Meta so we can tell which ads work. If you decline, we tell Meta you declined.
- You can delete everything from inside the app, at any time, immediately.
What we collect
| What | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| An anonymous account identifier | Created on first launch so your credits and projects belong to you. It is a random identifier, not linked to your identity. | Until you delete your data |
| Photos you choose to design | Uploaded so the design model can work on them. | Until you delete the project or your data |
| The designs we create | Stored so they appear in your Projects. | Until you delete the project or your data |
| Purchase records from Apple | Apple tells us a purchase happened so we can grant credits and honour refunds. We receive a transaction identifier — never your payment details. | As long as needed for accounting |
| A notification token, if you allow notifications | So we can tell you a design is ready when the app is closed. | Until you turn notifications off or delete your data |
| Your style quiz answers | To suggest styles you're more likely to want. | Until you delete your data |
| Advertising identifiers (IDFA, IDFV) | To measure which of our ads led to an install or a purchase. The IDFA is only ever read if you allow tracking when iOS asks. | Until you delete your data or turn tracking off |
What we never collect
No name, email, phone number or address. No contacts, location or health data. No crash-reporting service is built into the app.
Advertising
We buy ads for Decoro, and we measure whether they work. To do that the app includes Meta's software development kit, and our servers tell Meta when someone buys a plan or credits.
The first time a design finishes, iOS asks whether you allow tracking.
- If you allow it, we share your advertising identifier with Meta alongside those events, so an install or purchase can be matched to the ad you saw.
- If you decline, we tell Meta that you opted out, and your advertising identifier is never read. You can change your mind in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
We share which plan or pack was bought and what it cost — never your photos, and never your designs.
Who else sees your photos
Two companies process data on our behalf, and only to run the service:
- Supabase — hosts our database and stores your photos and designs.
- fal.ai — runs the image models that create your designs. Your photo is sent there to be processed and the result comes back to us.
- Meta — receives the advertising events described above, so we can measure our ads.
Neither is permitted to use your photos for their own purposes. Apple processes your purchases; we never see your payment details. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, and we do not use your photos to train models.
Where your data is held
Our database and your files are stored in the United States (Oregon, us-west-2).
Designs are produced by fal.ai, which may process your photo on servers in other countries.
Wherever the data sits, the same rules on this page apply to it.
Deleting your data
Open Profile → Delete my data. This deletes your account, every photo you uploaded and every design we made, straight away. It cannot be undone, and credits are not refunded. Deleting the app alone does not delete your data from our servers, because your account is kept so you don't lose your credits if you reinstall.
Children
Decoro is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or erase the data we hold. Because your account is anonymous, deleting your data in the app is usually the fastest route. For anything else, write to usama@weiblocks.io.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we'll say so in the app before the change takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
