Terms of Use
The agreement between you and us when you use Decoro. Please read it — it is short on purpose.
Decoro is operated by Usama Latif, based in Pakistan ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and us.
Using Decoro
Decoro is an iPhone app that creates visualisations of interior and exterior spaces from photographs you provide. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
Your photos
You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You confirm that you have the right to use them, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights. You must not upload photographs of people without their permission, or any content that is unlawful, abusive, or sexual in nature.
You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your photos and send them to our image provider so a design can be produced for you. Nothing more.
Your designs
The images Decoro produces are yours. You may use them personally or commercially.
They are computer-generated visualisations, not plans. They may show furniture, materials or structures that do not exist, are not to scale, or are not buildable. Do not rely on a Decoro image for construction, structural, electrical, safety or purchasing decisions. Always confirm with a qualified professional and with real measurements.
Credits
- Each design costs credits, shown before you start.
- Plan credits are included with a subscription and expire when the plan renews.
- Credits bought in a pack do not expire.
- If a design fails, its credits are returned automatically.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not refundable except as required by law or by Apple.
Subscriptions and payment
Subscriptions and credit packs are sold through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings.
All refunds are handled by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple refunds a purchase, we remove the corresponding credits.
We may change prices for future purchases. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.
Acceptable use
Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, don't resell access to it, and don't use it to produce unlawful content. We may suspend an account that does.
Availability
We work to keep Decoro running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice so you can use or export your designs.
Liability
Decoro is provided "as is", to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on a generated image. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and this does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Decoro after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law in your own country.
